Bakery


We traditionally bake by hand without preservatives and additives. We bake bread in a stone grate oven. We use Finnish grain from our local area, which comes from the Kinnusen mill. Organic rye breads are baked from whole-grain rye flour, which is ground from whole grains and also contains fiber-rich parts of the grain husks. Organic bread flour is ground from organically grown grain. We are involved in statutory organic control and our operations are inspected annually. We use renewable energy in production and we get about 10% of our energy needs from our own solar panels.
