Kivitasku's Log Cabin Takatasku

In this unique, peaceful, and scenic holiday destination, it's easy to relax.

The one-of-a-kind Karelian-style setting is located on the beautiful shores of Lake Kalajärvi. In the summertime, sheep and chickens live in the yard, adding to the charming countryside atmosphere.

The log cabin accommodates 6–7 guests. In summer, a large terrace provides extra living space, complete with a gas grill for guests to use.

For an additional fee, visitors can enjoy a traditional Finnish sauna either during public hours at the Haikusauna or in a private wagon sauna, which is available for rent year-round.

We are located just three kilometers from the center of Muurame, in a beautiful rural setting. You can reach us from the center of Jyväskylä in about 20 minutes by car. The Muurame golf course is only 1 km away. In the summer, we also rent bicycles to our guests.
