Lapuan Kankurit is a Finnish linen and wool weaving mill, with its roots reaching all the way back to 1917. The own weaving mill in Lapua is still their heart. Lapuan Kankurit weaves spa and sauna textiles as well as table and interior textiles from nature’s own materials – responsibly, and with respect for the environment.

Lapuan Kankurit weaves Nordic design, inspired by the pure and rugged nature. To balance out the chilling climate of the north, they weave heaps of warmth and softness into the textiles to achieve a good life for the people.

Lapuan Kankurit develops new innovations and techniques in order to get a better future As the forerunners of this industry, they carry the responsibility to pass on the craftsmanship of weaving to the future generations.

The Lapuan Kankurit store is located in the historic Torikorttelit area, between the Market Square and Senate Square – just a 15-minute walk from the Central Railway Station. In the store, you will find the full selection of kitchen, table setting, spa, sauna, and interior textiles. It also offers monthly campaign products, along with a variety of items ranging from books and baskets to cosmetics and ceramics.
