Saimaa Food Fest

Osuuskauppa Suur-Savo is organizing the open-for-all Saimaa Food Fest in Mikkelipuisto from July 29th to 31st.

This food and drink event, which has already become a beloved summer tradition for the whole family, brings together food lovers to enjoy delicious dishes, craft brews, wines, and great music.

The event is open daily from 11 AM to 10 PM (food service from 11 AM to 9 PM).

Mikkelipuisto has become the established venue for Saimaa Food Fest, and this year marks the fourth time the event is held there. The lush park by the shores of Lake Saimaa is a unique festival location, just a short walk from Mikkeli’s main square. And even if the weather doesn’t cooperate, the festival area includes a covered tent, so you can still enjoy your treats rain or shine.

As always, live music will be part of the evening program every night of the festival. Performing on stage will be troubadour Annika Eklund, Kylän jätkät, and St. Michel Sound Machine.
