Yyteri Visitor Centre - The Yyteri Visitor Centre invites you to enjoy regardless of the weather!

In Meri-Pori in Yyteri region the Visitor Centre was opened in the summer of 2024. The Visitor Centre is both a magnificent destination and an entity for the visitors’ services.

The Yyteri Visitor Centre offers a range of new services for visitors to the area. The Yyteri Shop offers take-away snacks for the beach or a light refreshment in the shop area or on the visitor centre terrace. The Yyteri Shop is open during the visitor centre's opening hours. The selection also includes Pori and Yyteri branded products, so you can buy souvenirs and souvenirs while having a coffee. Brand new toilets are available all year round for those visiting the area, and items can be left in lockable lockers on the terrace.

In addition to the services on offer, the new Visitor Centre tells the story of the unique nature of the area. At the back of the Visitor Centre is an outdoor auditorium where you can take a moment to enjoy a video showing different seasons in Yyteri. Indoor exhibition elements present the Meri-Pori area and its unique nature.

The Visitor Centre can serve as a meeting point, a starting point for various excursions, and an inspiration for self-determined activities. The building's courtyard has fireplaces and it is easy to fill up your own water bottle. The Visitor Centre also has a tourist information point.

From September onwards on Sat–Sun at 11–17

During the autumn break on the weeks 42 and 43 open daily
