On the Kuhasalo nature trail, we will lead you to engage with the Forest Mind® method. On this one-and-a-half-hour journey, you will be caught up in your current life situation and acquire new skills to support yourself in everyday life.
Our Forest Mind® walk offers you a safe space to practise mind skills that are needed in all areas of life. Among other things, the trip can serve to reduce tension and stress, promote body-awareness, work on personal challenges and align yourself more closely with your own values and potential.
At the end of the journey there is a moment to reflect on the experience over a cup of tea.
