Esan Petäjä nature trail

The Esan Petäjä nature trail is a short but charming path, measuring just 0.5 kilometers in length. This trail leads to an ancient pine tree, which has been protected under the Nature Conservation Act. The journey begins at the side of Muuraismäentie, where a small parking area and sign mark the trailhead. Although there are no signs along the trail itself, the path is straightforward, and the risk of getting lost is minimal.

The nearby village of Höytiä is less than five kilometers away, offering a peaceful and idyllic atmosphere. If you head towards Kyynämöinen, you will find a swimming beach approximately two kilometers from the trail. This makes the Esanpetäjä nature trail not only a pleasant walk but also a gateway to other local attractions.
