Haikusauna

Kivitasku’s Haikusauna is an unforgettable sauna experience near Jyväskylä.

This traditional Finnish smoke sauna, made of aspen logs, offers an exotic, fascinating, and authentic atmosphere.

The sauna is a hybrid between a classic smoke sauna (savusauna) and a single-heated sauna. A hood above the stove directs most of the smoke outside, but during heating, the room still fills with smoke, giving it the characteristic scent and ambiance of a true savusauna. After the sauna, you can take a refreshing swim in Lake Kalajärvi.

Haikusauna is located on the shore of Lake Kalajärvi in Muurame, about 3 km from the center of Muurame and 17 km from Jyväskylä. The Muurame Golf Course is just 1 km away. The sauna can accommodate around 25 people at a time.
